Total donations (combining those donations made via my Diabetes UK “challenge” webpage with those made directly in cash or by cheque) are now £516. I am just staggered by the generosity of all those who have contributed.   This is the log of the day’s expedition, as recorded by my GPS tracker and then captured from a Google Earth display. You can see where we went astray! In total, we walked about 8.5 miles with a cumulative ascent of about 2,200 feet.
